We use the titles **Life Coach**, **Mindset Coach**, **Hypnotist**, and **Nutrition Coach/Health Coach**.
We are **not** Licensed Mental Health Counselors, psychotherapists, psychologists, medical providers, or **Certified Dietitian‑Nutritionists (CDN)** in New York. If your needs fall under those professions, we’ll refer you to an appropriate licensed provider. We provide general nutrition education and coaching only.

Our services can complement your medical or mental‑health care. Always follow your provider’s advice. If you currently receive treatment for a condition, please inform us so we can stay within our coaching scope and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
Before starting, you’ll review and sign an informed consent describing the purpose and limits of services, risks and benefits, our scope, confidentiality, and policies on scheduling, cancellations, and refunds. We are generally not a HIPAA‑covered entity, but we protect your privacy and handle data securely.
When your goals require licensed clinical care (psychotherapy, medical treatment, or medical nutrition therapy), we will provide **referral options** and can continue with general coaching once appropriate care is in place.
